Coopattiva Modena, the social cooperative promoting inclusion through training and work placement, embraces the Quarto Fuoco project.
Fondazione Iris Ceramica Group continues to extend the boundaries of the Quarto Fuoco project with Coopattiva Modena: a social cooperative that promotes training and work placement that over time has become a benchmark for social integration in Modena. Its mission is to “promote the recognition and care of every person through work”.
Coopattiva has decided to embrace the Quarto Fuoco project to give people the opportunity to learn new processing and decorating techniques, expressing their creativity through ceramic decoration workshops that help strengthen social ties and individual skills. The Coopattiva staff have developed a programme for engaging people in the design and development of ceramic artefacts, encouraging them to create works that reflect their own hopes and dreams. Also in this case, our Foundation provides the logistic support and materials required to run the workshops, with the help of ceramic expert volunteers from the Group’s companies.
This new chapter in the Quarto Fuoco project with Coopattiva bears witness to Fondazione Iris Ceramica Group’s constant commitment to inclusion and solidarity, using ceramics as a tool for connecting and strengthening the local community.
