The Foundation supported the visual education project of Ennesimo Academy, involving over 7,000 students from 400 classes across three Italian regions.
In 2025 as well, Fondazione Iris Ceramica Group is the Main Sponsor of Ennesimo Academy, the educational initiative of Ennesimo Film Festival, which aims to provide quality, equitable, and inclusive education through the art of cinema.
This year, over 7,000 students from 400 classes in three Italian regions took part in the educational journey. The project once again strengthened its partnership with the Italian Space Agency, further enriching the program with over 150 screenings over the course of seven days.
At the heart of the initiative is visual education, encouraging students to critically and collectively reflect on the role of images and videos in contemporary society. The hands-on component of the program led to the production of original short films, created by students in collaboration with industry professionals, covering every aspect of filmmaking—from scriptwriting to editing.
The results of this journey were showcased during the Ennesimo Film Festival, held from April 27 to May 4 2025, at the Teatro Astoria in Fiorano Modenese, marking the festival’s 10th edition. Students played a leading role: serving on juries, attending dedicated film screenings, participating in workshops for younger children, joining masterclasses, and inaugurating an exhibition at the municipal library featuring all the graphic works produced throughout the school year.
The support of Fondazione Iris Ceramica Group underscores its commitment to social responsibility, reaffirming the belief that investing in the future means investing in the next generations through innovative and inclusive educational pathways.
