Fondazione Iris Ceramica Group works alongside Fondazione ANT Italia ONLUS which, set up in 1978 at the will of the oncologist Franco Pannuti, today is the largest charity providing cancer prevention services and free specialist home care to cancer patients.
ANT’s motto is summarised by the term “Eubiosia” (from the Greek eu/good-bios/life, “a good life – a dignified life”) understood as the set of qualities that ensure dignity at all stages of the disease. Therefore, alongside the historical activities of home care for patients, in 2004 ANT began working on prevention projects supported by research activities and training on correct life styles (diet and health).
Our Foundation supports the ANT project with a view to corporate social responsibility and its commitments to the local community. The cooperation is also part of the Company Welfare programme, which offers the Group’s employees the possibility for free diagnoses for health prevention, thus fostering an increasingly active protection of its workers.
