Group<\/strong>\u00a0is supporting\u00a0<strong>Sporting Club Sassuolo\u00a0<\/strong>for\u00a0<strong>\u201cThe Wheelchair Tennis Project\u201d<\/strong>, the worthy project aiming to promote and develop\u00a0<strong>wheelchair tennis<\/strong>\u00a0in the province of Modena along with qualified trainers.<\/p><p>In particular,\u00a0<strong>\u201cThe Wheelchair Tennis Project\u201d\u00a0<\/strong>aims to:<\/p><ul><li>Create a tennis school for wheelchair athletes;<\/li><li>Purchase specific wheelchairs for the athletes;<\/li><li>Form a team for participation in tournaments;<\/li><li>Organise training sessions for the athletes;<\/li><li>Organise a national competition at Sporting Club Sassuolo, which will make available its indoor facilities, and in the summer also its outdoor red clay courts.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Fondazione Iris Ceramica Group<\/strong>\u00a0supports Sporting Club Sassuolo, as \u201cjoint sponsor\u201d of this important project,\u00a0<strong>to locally promote the<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>social function and positive values of sport<\/strong>, and particularly tennis as a way of breaking down not only allows people with motor disabilities to play top-level tennis. The sport stands out for its ability to underline positive values such as\u00a0<b><strong>inclusion, resilience and determination<\/strong><\/b>. Athletes competing in wheelchair tennis are a great example of how the passion for sport can overcome any barrier, showing how with effort and dedication we can achieve extraordinary results.<\/p><p>For the occasion, the young people of the\u00a0<b><strong>Quarto Fuoco<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0project run by\u00a0<b><strong>Anffas Sassuolo<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0prepared\u00a0<b><strong>hand-decorated ceramic gadgets\u00a0<\/strong><\/b>for all the participants and a\u00a0<b><strong>special prize for Luca Arca,\u00a0<\/strong><\/b>the athlete from the Terranova Club who won the Absolute Italian wheelchair tennis championships hosted by Sporting Club Sassuolo<b><strong>.<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0This initiative brought a touch of uniqueness to the event, celebrating local handicrafts and social inclusion also through art and creativity.<\/p><p>The support of\u00a0<b><strong>Fondazione Iris Ceramica Group<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0for this event is part of its commitment to\u00a0<b><strong>promoting inclusion and well-being through sport<\/strong><\/b>.
