Fondazione Iris Ceramica Group promotes the first edition of the Prize celebrating ceramics in a path between art, culture, environment and society.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>

Fondazione Iris Ceramica Group<\/strong>\u00a0promotes the first edition of the\u00a0International Art Prize devoted to ceramic production<\/strong>, born to bring people closer to the world of ceramics and to\u00a0enhance both Italian and international talents<\/strong>, with a view to\u00a0sustainable development<\/strong>\u00a0that also preserves\u00a0\u201cceramic know-how\u201d.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>

The\u00a0Prize\u00a0<\/strong>has two sections:\u00a0under 25<\/strong>, dedicated to learning of young talents, and\u00a0over 25<\/strong>, focused on the development of artists and designers\u2019 ideas. The\u00a0Panel,<\/strong>\u00a0composed by six authoritative members, including\u00a0Federica Minozzi \u2013 CEO of Iris Ceramica Group<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 will award the final prize basing on criteria of\u00a0originality, sustainability and technical, aesthetic and conceptual innovation<\/strong>. The winning works and best projects will be presented at the\u00a0Flagship Store in Milan<\/strong>\u00a0and may also be displayed in the Group\u2019s international Stores.<\/p>

The\u00a0International Art Prize<\/strong>\u00a0also becomes a tool for\u00a0Fondazione Iris Ceramica Group<\/strong>\u00a0to promote major projects that focus on\u00a0art and culture<\/strong>\u00a0as the keystones of an\u00a0increasingly inclusive and fair society.<\/strong><\/p>

We are proud to announce the\u00a0names of the winners of the\u00a0<\/strong>International Art Prize<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0for Ceramics<\/strong>, an initiative promoted by our\u00a0Foundation\u00a0<\/strong>aiming to enhance worthy projects focusing on\u00a0art and culture<\/strong>\u00a0while preserving \u201cceramic know-how<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>

– The prize in the\u00a0under-25<\/strong>\u00a0section goes to\u00a0Daniele Donadio<\/strong>\u00a0for his installation\u00a0\u201cClouds\u201d<\/strong>, a work uniting the more intrinsic characteristics of matter with a poetic tribute to the film director Akira Kurosawa.<\/p>

– The prize in the\u00a0over-25<\/strong>\u00a0section goes to\u00a0Eloisa Gobbo<\/strong>\u00a0for her project\u00a0\u201cGEOMETRICAL ISOMETRIC PATTERN IN YELLOW, RED AND BLUE, MORESQUE STYLE WITH DASHED STRIPES AND SPHERES\u201d<\/strong>. The artist demonstrates the ability to integrate the latest technological solutions on Artificial Intelligence within her studio practice, indicating new possible ways for traditionally handmade crafts.<\/p>

The two winners of this first edition were selected by the jury on the basis of the criteria of\u00a0originality, sustainability and technical, aesthetic and conceptual innovation<\/strong>. A result that fully satisfies the constant interest of the Foundation and the Group in new technologies and the historical tradition underlying our know-how.<\/p>

On 23 November, our\u00a0Showroom in Milan<\/strong>\u00a0hosted the presentation of the winning works of the\u00a0International Art Prize for Ceramics<\/strong>, organised and promoted by\u00a0Fondazione Iris Ceramica Group<\/strong>\u00a0to highlight and recognise the value of unique art and design projects.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
