This is a special super-hi-tech operating room where over 700 surgeries are performed every year, including immediate diagnoses and the possibility to continuously monitor the progress of the surgery without having to move the patient.<\/p><p>The\u00a0<strong>positive effects\u00a0<\/strong>assured by the new Hybrid Operating Room were examined in an in-depth\u00a0<strong>impact assessment.<\/strong>\u00a0The study was conducted with the study group led by Prof. Ulpiana Kocollari from the UNIMORE Department of Economics, and the process was controlled by an Independent Review to measure the Social Impact produced.<\/p><p><strong>The results of the study<\/strong>\u00a0show that improvements are expected in various fields:<\/p><p>&#8211; 50% reduction in health worker stress levels, consequently improving quality of work<br \/>&#8211; 22.5% improvement in the professional skills of health workers and the level of student competencies, with hours of training delivered in the Hybrid Operating Room<br \/>&#8211; Annual savings of between EUR 30,000 and 100,000 thanks to the increase in diagnostic capacity and the precision of treatment<br \/>&#8211; 30% increase in scientific publications<br \/>&#8211; 70% increase in material test requests<\/p><p>The impact assessment confirmed the value of the commitment of<strong>\u00a0Fondazione Iris Ceramica Group<\/strong>\u00a0in supporting social and environmental initiatives that will be used as a benchmark for future projects.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-59caf56a e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"59caf56a\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ba5c25f elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"ba5c25f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Hybrid Operating Room, a major health project with the participation of Fondazione Iris Ceramica Group, has improved the performance of health workers and medical equipment, with huge benefits for patient care.
