The initiative promoted by the non-profit organization during Christmas festivities was supported by many companies including Iris Ceramica Group.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-28fda7bd e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"28fda7bd\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-507e3f8d elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"507e3f8d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2035ab11 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2035ab11\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">FAIR VALUES - Non-Profit CBM Italia Christmas Boutique<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2e5de706 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2e5de706\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The winner of the 2020 edition of the Next Landmark international contest, dedicated to redeveloping the outdoor area of the \u201cCasa Coccapani\u201d nursery school, in the province of Modena (Italy), has been announced.<\/p><p>The jury \u2013 comprising Federica Minozzi &#8211; CEO of Iris Ceramica Group, Mario Cucinella and Massimo Imparato of SOS &#8211; School of Sustainability, Don Antonio Lumare &#8211; President of the Coccapani Foundation, Francesco Tosi &#8211; Mayor of Fiorano Modenese, and Paolo Schianchi &#8211; Professor of Architecture at IUSVE (Salesian University Institute of Venice) \u2013 awarded the first prize to the project\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.floornature.com\/nextlandmark\/winners\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u201cPlanetary Garden\u201d by Bruna Sigillo<\/a>.<\/p><p>The jury commented: \u201cBruna Sigillo\u2019s proposal demonstrates that she has taken on the challenge of preserving the key features of the existing environment in a complete and balanced way by making several subtle changes, while seizing this opportunity to give the outdoor areas of the Coccapani nursery school a new identity.\u201d<\/p><p>\u201cThe project will be based on a series of frameworks, each one with a pedagogical purpose, and on a spatial unity that allows children to explore nature, others and themselves. This project offers the young members of the Coccapani community as well as their teachers, staff and families an open program so that they can write their stories and grow together. Conceived in the belief that nature is a driving force for child development, \u2018Planetary Garden\u2019 is the proposal that we consider most in line with the goals of the contest which, using accurate metrics, demonstrates its economic, social and environmental sustainability.\u201d<\/p><p>This year, other finalist projects also received special honorable mentions, including: \u201cEducational Garden\u201d by Nina Gogina, \u201cBack to the Roots\u201d by Alberto Ferrara and \u201cTreasure Island\u201d by Carolina Pelosato.<br \/>All these proposals have the merit of offering new design ideas for children\u2019s learning areas, placing children and their need to freely explore the environment around them, and to be guided and taught, at the heart of the architectural concept.<\/p><p>But the 2020 edition has more to offer: it is currently in the process of drawing up the executive project and preparing an operational plan for the construction site with the aim of completing the \u201cPlanetary Garden\u201d before the start of the new school year.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3daab94c e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"3daab94c\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-21bb0a5d elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"21bb0a5d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CBM Italia\u2019s FAIR VALUES CHRISTMAS EDITION has been a resounding success.
