The event was designed to foster the exchange of ideas, experiences, and perspectives related to environmental education and the regeneration of forest ecosystems.<\/p><p>The event opened with a welcome session organized by <strong>La Lumaca<\/strong>, followed by remarks from <strong>Fondazione Iris Ceramica Group ETS<\/strong> delivered by <strong>Stefano Luconi<\/strong>, who highlighted the Foundation\u2019s role in supporting educational and environmental initiatives connected to the local area. The speakers also included <strong>Giuseppe Vignali<\/strong>, Director of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennine National Park and UNESCO MAB representative, and <strong>Willy Reggioni<\/strong>, Coordinator of the Park\u2019s Nature Conservation Service, who presented the project and discussed the concept of distributed nurseries as a tool for environmental protection and ecosystem regeneration.<\/p><p><em>\u201cThe alliance between trees and younger generations is essential to ensuring a better future for our planet. Thanks to Fondazione Iris Ceramica Group, the micro-nurseries we have established in several schools within the Biosphere Reserve engage children from the very first stages of creating a new forest to be nurtured and protected. Through the Semi di Futuro project, we transform a simple act such as caring for a seed into an educational experience capable of conveying values of responsibility, sustainability, and environmental awareness.
