Fondazione Iris Ceramica Group has become a partner of IUSVE, the Salesian University of Venice, and together they are presenting the First-Level University Master in social communication for profit and non-profit businesses. 
An important Diploma, focusing on social activism and aiming to qualify new managerial figures who can apply strategic dynamics to the communication of social issues, for both profit and non-profit businesses. Competent professionals able to develop on- and off-line integrated communication campaigns, responding to the constantly increasing labour market demand. Communication specialists able use the appropriate and correct contents to disseminate economic, social and environmental sustainability issues using the “five Rs of ethics” (Villa, 2018):
