FONDAZIONE WITH PANGEA FOR THE REAMA PROJECT

Fondazione Iris Ceramica Group stands alongside Fondazione Pangea Onlus by supporting the national REAMA project, which provides assistance to women facing physical, psychological, and economic violence, guiding them along a path out of the cycle of abuse.

REAMA is a widespread network operating across the entire country, consisting of 34 anti-violence centers, 12 safe houses, and 30 lawyers specialized in gender-based violence, in addition to numerous associations engaged in prevention and in promoting women’s employment within their local communities.

For a woman experiencing violence, asking for help can be a difficult step, and sharing her story may be painful. For this reason, one of the most important tools of the REAMA network is the online anti-violence help desk, designed to provide a first point of access that is safe and respectful of each woman’s time and emotional needs. This service is available not only to women experiencing violence, but also to family members, friends, or others close to them who wish to help them find support and protection.

By supporting the REAMA project, the Foundation contributes to strengthening a crucial network for safeguarding women’s rights, safety, and autonomy, supporting concrete paths out of violence and promoting a culture of respect and inclusion.
