Fondazione Iris Ceramica Group has supported the fifth edition of the Certamen Mutinense Carolinum “Francesca Meletti”. The initiative was organised by the “L. A. Muratori-San Carlo” High School for Classical and Language Studies in Modena for a.y. 2023-2024, aiming to enhance language and classical studies across the country.

The initiative, dedicated to a student who died prematurely in 2010, concerned translations from Greek and Latin with commentary, and this edition involved 173 students from 24 high schools in eight regions (Lombardy, Liguria, Emilia Romagna, Marche, Lazio, Campania, Puglia, Sicily). 

The closing ceremony was held at the end of May, in the presence of the Head of the School, with greetings from the institutional representatives of the Province and Municipality of Modena, and prizes were awarded to 25 students from 13 different schools. 

Fondazione Iris Ceramica Group continues to support this local project fostering the education and training of young students across Italy.
