Our Foundation
Fondazione Iris Ceramica Group ETS, a private non-profit organization founded in September 2019, was created from the responsibility of a major industrial Group toward the environment, the local area, and the community.

Vision, care, and responsibility, to help shape a better future.
From this commitment, and through the will of Romano Minozzi and his daughter Federica, Fondazione Iris Ceramica Group was established in 2019.
As a non-profit entity, the Foundation has chosen to give value to people, art and culture, sustainability, and inclusion by supporting initiatives and associations capable of generating a positive and lasting impact on the social and environmental community.
Since 2025, Fondazione Iris Ceramica Group has been registered in the National Single Register of the Third Sector, officially becoming a Third Sector Entity (ETS), confirming transparent action and an unchanged social responsibility toward the local area and the community.

These are the areas in which Fondazione Iris Ceramica Group ETS operates, both by supporting the activities and initiatives of local entities and associations, and by acting as a promoter and active agent in the development of forward-looking projects such as Quarto Fuoco® and Semi di Futuro.
Solidarity-based ceramic workshops, together with widespread and participatory nursery cultivation, are examples of concrete actions the Foundation has implemented to translate its commitment to the community, social well-being, and the environment into everyday practice.
Financial contributions and the creation of new opportunities for supported associations are another form of shared values capable of generating a positive impact on people and society as a whole.
Starting from listening, through an open and constructive dialogue, the Foundation focuses on situations of social and environmental vulnerability, actively working to create virtuous actions that contribute to collective well-being and help build a future where authentic beauty, inclusion, humanity, and closeness are shared values and sources of inspiration.
