FOOD FOR SOUL ETS
Food For Soul ETS is a non-profit organization—founded by Massimo Bottura and Lara Gilmore—created to transform food waste into an opportunity for inclusion and social change through the creation of Refettori and community initiatives.
The Foundation contributes to the activities of the Refettorio Modena of Food For Soul ETS with the aim of generating positive and tangible change within local communities.
Through the recovery of surplus food and the transformation of waste into resources, the Refettorio offers free meals in a welcoming and well-designed space where human dignity is central.
This collaboration promotes shared values such as solidarity, sustainability and inclusion, spreading a culture that values everyday gestures of care and attention to others.
